The Web Cam allows for a Virtual Tour as well as a way to illustrate the process involved in the creation of special projects. Participants are encouraged to prepare questions in advance and share them during the interview with the artist.
The Artist Accepts Historic Commissions
In 1994 Ms. Rinaldo was commissioned by The National Association of Congregational Christian Churches to paint the first historically accurate painting of The First Thanksgiving. It would be their " Gift To The Nation''
This project of research and painting took over 6 months to complete.

The Painting The First Thanksgiving 1621 is now in the permanent collection of Plimouth Plantation and is featured in their Exhibit The Myths of Thanksgiving.

This is the first painting paying tribute to the Life and Times of Katharine Lee Bates and her song America the Beautiful.
America the Beautiful was written by Katharine lee Bates . She started writting the piece in1893 and it was complted in 1895. It was set to music by Samuel Ward and America the Beautiful is one of the most Patriotic American songs and has become known as America's song.
Katharine Lee Bates was born in 1859 in my town of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
She was an Educator , Writter and Poet. Miss Bates traveled extensivly but always returned each summer to her seaside town of Falmouth, Cape Cod. There has never been a painting commemorating her life and so this montage style Painting incorporates all the important aspects of her life the Song . Travel , Writing, Education, her pets , and her hometown Falmouth Cape Cod.
